As a Pressure Pumping Sales & Commercial Manager you will be the customer facing staff taking ownership of operational plans to meet business needs and contribute to the execution of successful sales strategies. You will deliver successful outcomes for key industry players and challenges through innovation, custom solutions, business understanding and building relationships.

As Pressure Pumping Sales & Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing commercial leadership to MENATI region to deliver orders, targets and grow markets.
  • Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
  • Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
  • Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
  • Understanding customer requirements and competitor approaches to improve your sales strategies.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have 5+ years of experiences in Pressure Pumping Sales in a relevant position.
  • Show great sales and marketing experience.
  • Have experience in developing account plans and strategy and proactively growing business.
  • Demonstrate good written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
  • Show good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Portuguese and English language.
  • Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
