We are looking for an experienced Customer Manager for a key role in our team working in the public and health sector. As a Customer Manager, you will be responsible for the business within the assigned customer area, and you are expected to create profitable growth and develop customer relationships.

As a Customer Manager, your strength lies in our cross-functional organization, where you help our portfolio of solutions fulfill the needs and requirements of our customers. To excel in this role, you need to be committed, focused on finding solutions, and have a customer-first mindset. Your strong analytical abilities and practical problem-solving approach are crucial. Additionally, the ability to motivate, collaborate and effectively communicate with both clients and colleagues is a must-have for this position.
The role includes the following responsibilities
  • Develop strategic account plans and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Meeting financial and strategic targets, including revenue, margin and TCV
  • Accountability for the complete business with the customer and development of the customer relationship across all Tietoevry businesses
  • Find growth opportunities to further deepen Tietoevry's footprint at the customer, identifying and leading all aspects of closing new, renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Developing and deploying the customer's demand and needs into concrete business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex products/services and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights and solutions to client
We expect you to have a proven track record in the following areas
  • +10 years of experience in Sales and Account Management with large customers
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in complex deal creation. Planning and execution of winning sales strategies on complex engagements including stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and ability to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Working close to clients and solving their challenges
  • Successful as a team worker including coaching and guiding colleagues and co-workers
Requirements
We expect that you have relevant higher education and work experience. We also expect you to be fluent in both Swedish and English.
