Bring your exceptional customer-service skills and recent office administration experience to the Guest Service Agent role at K'gari Beach Resort.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient guest arrival and departures while maintaining exceptional levels of service.
This is a permanent part-time live-on island opportunity, working 10 days on and 4 days off across a broad rostering system of up to 80 hours a fortnight.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Extraordinarily high level of customer service and work ethic
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a Hotel or Resort based environment
- Demonstrated experience in daily cashiering procedures, credit card reconciliation
- Knowledge of front office check-in systems
- Demonstrate the understanding of cultural diversity within the workplace
