About the area
The Recombinant Technologies area is part of Global Research Technologies located in Måløv, consists of seven departments and having in total more than 150 people. The area is involved in early research activities related to discovery, optimization, and production of protein drug molecules. We are looking for an experienced assistant to support our area.


The position
As a Personal Assistant you will primarily support the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and the six managers with communicative, administrative, and practical tasks.



With a proactive and service-oriented approach, you will:

  • Take ownership of the CVP’s calendar, incl. booking meetings and travels
  • Prepare budgets, monthly follow-up, and quarterly adjustments including consolidated reports for the CVP area
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action lists
  • Maintain and update websites, e-mail lists and organisational charts
  • Manage purchase of supplies and services and support investment processes

Furthermore, you will support the practical part of onboarding processes and welcome new employees as well as international guests. You can of course expect to perform a range of ad hoc administrative tasks.


You will report directly to and collaborate closely with the CVP of Recombinant Technologies, and you will be closely engaged in the management team of Recombinant Technologies and work closely together with the managers. Further, you will be part of a great team of assistants servicing the Global Research Technologies SVP area and hereby be engaged in cross-organisational tasks.


Qualifications
In order to qualify for the position, we expect that you:

  • Have a solid administrative background with several years of experience in a similar position in a large organisation. Experience from a previous job within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, as is knowledge of Novo Nordisk IT systems.
  • Are a skilled user of IT systems, including MS Office and SAP.
  • Communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written, in English.

Furthermore, you have a structured approach to your tasks and enjoy solving administrative tasks with great efficiency and sense of detail. You have a flair for numbers and can work independently, prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks, and manage your own time effectively. As a trusted colleague, the ability to handle matters of confidentiality is a must. You know how to provide great service and thrive in a role as a go-to person.
