You Will;
Manage and maintain executives' and general manager’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with managing communication, including answering and directing phone calls and emails
Maintain and organise office files and records.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and expenses,quotations
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle special projects and assignments as needed.

Salary: From $60,000.00 per year
